Richard Smith’s ’32 highboy roadster is originally from Arizona, but since it has been in the Henry Ford Museum for close to 20 years, we’ll call it a famous Dearborn car. The car has some cool features that I’ve always liked. For instance, the badly worn front tires (hard core rat rodders wouldn’t even go around the block on these), the nice contoured cut outs in the hood side panels that reveal the brawny 331 Hemi valve covers, and its aggressive rake set off by those super cool cheater slicks out back. This historic hot rod was built in 1954.
